What is Knox Metro TOPSoccer?: Knox Metro TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program, sponsored by the Smoky Mountain Soccer Club and Farragut Christian Church , for the physically and mentally challenged player. It is organized by volunteers in the Knoxville soccer community. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to boys and girls of any age. Our goal is to enable the hundreds of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Knoxville SOCCER family.

What is the cost?: $35 per player, which registers the player with the Tennessee State Soccer Association, provides secondary medical insurance coverage, and a TopSoccer jersey every year.

How often will the players and parents get together?: Once a week on Saturday morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.

When is the registration meeting?: Registration for the Spring 2005 season will be held Saturday, March 12 from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Registration will be at the Farragut Christian Church building, left entry door. Program volunteers will be there to answer your questions, and forms will be provided to register your child at that time.


When will the program start?: The Spring season program will start Saturday, April 2, and will run through the month of May, with the banquet being held on June 4th.

Where will the program be run?: In West Knoxville at the Farragut Christian Church soccer field

How will the program be run for these players?: Small-sided soccer with program and parent volunteers on the field, and refreshment breaks.
