What We Believe
 |
Our chief goal and aim is to bring all people into a close relationship with
God. Jesus Christ himself gave his followers "The Great Commission" some two
thousand years ago saying.. |
" Therefore go and make disciples
of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of
the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And
surely I am with you to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)
The belief that we hold most dear is that Jesus is the Christ, the son of the
Living God, and that He died for the forgiveness of our sins. He was crucified
and rose from the dead on the third day after His death, showing us that He was
indeed God himself and that Death held no sway over him. He is even now seated
at the right hand of God the Father and intercedes on our behalf when we call
upon His name.
